Welcome to the home site of the Perry Park Resort Owners Association!
The Perry Park Resort Community is located along the Kentucky River, nestled in the wooded hills of Owen County and adjacent to the Perry Park Golf Resort. Community members can take advantage of the recreational amenities provided by its three lakes while enjoying the plentiful wildlife in the area including frequent sightings of bald eagles.
This site is dedicated to the property owner membership residing in Perry Park Resort Community. The site contains materials needed to fiully enjoy your property ownership in the resort including, but not limited to governing documents, board meeting materials, event calendar and community news. Content will be constantly developed so please check back often.

- Everything Sale InformationJeanine: The Perry Park Everything Sale is scheduled for Saturday, September 5th. Community collection begins this Saturday, August 29 from 10 – 12 noon.

Unfortunately, the total cost—about $12,000 plus an increase in liability insurance—was significantly higher than the initial estimate.
