The PPROA Board reviewed the installation and insurance requirements for the playground donated by Par-Tee. Unfortunately, the total cost—about $12,000 plus an increase in liability insurance—was significantly higher than the initial estimate. To remain fiscally responsible and protect the community budget, the Board voted not to proceed. We appreciate the generous offer and will continue exploring future amenity options.
