Welcome

Congratulations on the purchase of your property and welcome to the Perry Park Community!  We hope you will enjoy all that Perry Park has to offer as much as we do.  Now, let’s take a short tour of the park.

First stop is the Guard Station:  We are a 24/7 gated community.  Your guest(s) are welcome in the community at any time, but you MUST contact the Guard Station at 502-462-0018 before the arrival of your guest(s).  Guests can be refused entry if the guards are not contacted.  You, the property owner, are responsible for their conduct and behavior while in our community.

Second stop is the Golf Course:  The Perry Park Golf Resort/Pool are a PAR-TEE owned business and are not affiliated with the PPROA (Perry Park Resort Owners Association).  You can contact the Pro Shop at 502-484-5776 (ext 155) to make tee-times, restaurant/hotel reservations or to purchase golf or pool memberships.

Third stop is our beautiful lakes:  We are blessed with 3 lakes in Perry Park.  The big lake between Inverness Road and Springport Ferry Road is Lake Holiday.  Big Bass Lake is located behind our Community Center and Lake Inverness can be found between Inverness Road and Springport Road.  All state laws apply while in the park which means you do need a fishing license.  Swimming is NOT permitted in any of our lakes at any time.

Last stop is our Community Center:  We hold year-round events for our residents and their guest(s).  They include New Year’s Eve Dance, Fish Fry’s, Derby Day Party, Halloween Poker Run and Party.  We have Friday night cookouts throughout the summer along with specialty dinners.  To receive community information regarding events, meetings, and specialty notices please contact Kris Niemeyer at pproaandppla@perrypark.com or call 859-992-1720 to be added to our distribution list. The Community Center is available for rent, please contact Judy Martin 859-802-2623 for more information.

Feel free to visit www.pproa.com to learn more about our current Board Members, Rules and Regulations including appropriate Building and Vehicle Permits, By-Laws and Handbook, PPLA (Perry Park Ladies Association), Community Center information and much more.  The service list located under By-Laws & Handbook section provides services and vendors that are known to our community members.  Perry Park Board Meetings are open to all community members and held every 2nd Saturday @ 10AM at the Community Center.  The monthly Board Meetings address issues such as road maintenance, building permit reviews, communications, lake and grounds, plus individual ideas and/or comments. Please complete the Member Information Sheet (included in the folder) and return it to the Guard Station in the envelope provided. Please be assured this information will remain confidential.

Please feel free to join our community Facebook page “Perry Park Peeps” where information will be shared with the happenings of Perry Park and surrounding communities.  Important to note that this group is for property owners only, not for friends and family.
