The Perry Park Resort Community is located along the Kentucky River, nestled in the wooded hills of Owen County and adjacent to the Perry Park Golf Resort. Community members can take advantage of the recreational amenities provided by its three lakes while enjoying the plentiful wildlife in the area including frequent sightings of bald eagles.
This site is dedicated to the property owner membership residing in Perry Park Resort Community. The site contains materials needed to fiully enjoy your property ownership in the resort including, but not limited to governing documents, board meeting materials, event calendar and community news.
